Casimir shuffled sideways a tiny bit, letting them have their moment.

Georgie and his mother let go after a moment, the older woman gently squeezing his hand. “Your brother’s definitely upset about the whole situation-“ “I know, Cassie said he blew up on him,” Georgie murmured, rolling his eyes.

Casimir gave a weak smile. ‘I mean, I’d be upset too if one of my siblings had been stabbed…’

“He’s just overreacting, that’s what,” Georgie said, rolling his eyes.

Casimir shrugged, resting his head tiredly on Georgie’s shoulder.

Georgie smiled, kissing the side of Casimir’s head. “He’s just worried, you know that,” Georgie’s mother spoke, chuckling softly. “Yeah, I know- But still, that’s no right to yell at my fiancé,” he spoke softly, resting his hand on Casimir’s leg.

Casimir blushed, resting his head in the crook of Georgie’s neck. ‘I don’t mind, really,’ he said softly.

“Well, I do,” Georgie murmured softly, rolling his eyes. Georgie’s mother chuckled softly, rubbing Georgie’s arm. “Do you know how much longer you’ll be here?”

Casimir kissed their cheek.

“Uh, a week or so? I don’t remember,” Georgie spoke softly, leaning closer to Casimir. “I really just wanna go home, I hate hospitals,” he added, hugging his legs to his chest.

‘A little less than a week,’ Casimir said, rubbing their back.

“Right, yes,” Georgie spoke softly, nodding a little. “Well, we’ll be waiting for you, hun~” Georgie’s mother smile, a small smile on her face. “I sure hope you can figure out a way to explain this to your other siblings-“ Georgie groaned, chuckling softly. “Yeah, what am I gonna tell the girls?”

Casimir chuckled, wrapping an arm around them.

Georgie giggled softly, leaning into Casimir’s arm. “I can help you, don’t worry,” their mother said, smiling as they rubbed Georgie’s back.

Casimir kissed the side of their head. 'I'll help too.'
