Chris set his phone down, zoning our as the music played.

Mason moved up in the line and ordered their food, then paid.

Chris hummed as he leaned back in their seat, smiling a little.

Mason handed Chris's food to him, then pulled out his own - a hash brown and coffee.

“Thank you,” Chris said, taking his food.

'You're all good,' Mason said, pulling over so they could eat.

Chris unwrapped his sandwich and took a bite, humming softly with content. “Honestly, McDonald’s is kinda only good because of their breakfast-“

Mason shrugged and took a bite from his hash brown. 'Fair enough.'

“I mean, like, no hate to McDonalds or anything, but it’s kinda true~”

Mason chuckled. ‘Yeah, their chips are kinda soggy.’

“I much prefer Chick-Fil-A, honestly,” Chris said, chuckling softly as he took another bite of his sandwich.

‘Fair enough. But McDonalds is cheaper and I’m earning minimum wage, dude.’

“Yeah, that’s fair,” Chris said with a chuckle, nodding.

Mason chuckled. He finished his food and pulled out of the car park.
