“I missed this,” Chris murmured, exhaling softly ashe traced shapes in Mason’s back.

Mason relaxed against him, snuggling close. ‘I know.’

“I still feel so bad, for everything,” Chris murmured, exhaling softly.

‘I know,’ Mason said quietly, rubbing his back.

“I feel like such an a--hole, for dumping you like that and just- un-friending you entirely,” Chris muttered, squeezing his eyes shut.

Mason didn’t respond, exhaling quietly.

“Seriously, I’m so sorry…”

‘I know you are.’

Chris exhaled softly, burying his face in Mason’s chest. “I feel so f---ing bad- And it doesn’t f---ing help that I’m still in love with you,” he whispered, his voice shaking.
