“s---, this stuff looks good,” George said, crossing his arms. “Have you ever had açaí before?” Nick asked, glancing over at him. “No. Have you?” George asked with a chuckle, glancing at the ravenette. “Oh , yeah, I’m a big fan.”
-
“I don’t think I’ve ever tried it before,” Clay said with a shrug, moving a bit closer to George’s side as some people walked past him and out the store.
-
“Oh, you guys are gonna love it,” Nick said with a chuckle. “It’s good stuff.” George nodded absentmindedly, looking up at the menu above the ordering counter.
-
Clay nodded, looking over at George and watching him for a moment.
-
George glanced over at Clays grinning a little bit. “What, you imagining it already?” He said softly, crossing his arms.
-
“Sorry, I- I just zoned out,” Clay mumbled, looking away as his face began to heat up. Even if he was, which he may or may not have for a split second, he wouldn’t tell George. He looked over at the menus hanging over the counters, scanning them for a moment.
-
“Sure, suree,” George said with a chuckle, looking back up at the menus himself. They eventually made it up to the front of the line, ordered, paid, and sat down at a booth to wait for their bowls.
-
Clay chuckled softly, running a hand through his hair. He followed Nick and George over to the table, sitting down in the booth across from the brunette.
-
“Okay, so wait, this bet-“ Nick started. “You’re over complicating it, dude,” George cut him off with a chuckle, tucking one of his legs under him. “But if one of us wins, we can do anything we want?” “Nothings off the table,” George said with a shrug, glancing around the restaurant. “Have neither of you done a bet like this before?”
-
“I mean, I don’t go around accepting bets on a whim,” Clay said with a chuckle, crossing his legs under the table. “Honestly, I don’t really care about these kinda things.”
-
“So this is just for s---s and giggles, then,” George said with a grin, smiling at the worker who set their bowls down in front of them. “Dang, this looks good.” “I bet it is, too,” Nick said with a chuckle.
-
then?”*
-
“Kinda,” Clay replied with a shrug, staring at the bowl in front of him. “What even is this stuff?”
-
“Açaí, dumb---,” Nick said with a chuckle. “You’ve got nutella, granola, strawberries and blueberries.” “Do I mix it together?” George asked with a chuckle, grabbing his spoon.
-
“Well, I’ve never f---ing had this before, so excuse me,” Clay said with a chuckle, rolling his eyes. “It does look good, though.”
