“Yeah, I like it,” Nick nodded, walking out after a moment, across the hall into the bathroom, which had some random, ugly blue tile. “Oo, s---, this is funky.”

“I think it’s live-able, though,” Nick shrugged, glancing at the sink and turning the water on for a second before turning it off. “I don’t know why I just did that,” he said with a laugh.

Nick chuckled. “Well, do you think we should put an offer in for it?” He asked Karl, glancing over to him.

“Okay, Nick said with a smile. “Let’s do it then. I’ll figure out how to.”

“Me too,” Nick said with a smile, pressing a kiss onto Karl’s cheek. “Do you wanna head out? We could grab something to eat on the way home if you want. It’s a pretty long drive.”

“Oo, hell yeah,” Nick said with a chuckle, nodding as they headed to the door.
