imsoclueless Senior"Yeah, just- I think it was a glitch in the system, or some wifi lag," Harley replied, chuckling awkwardly as she shut off the program. "But yeah. I can get to work on something for you, and if you come back in a few days, I'll have a whole new identity set up for you," she replied, setting down the device in her hand.

Quinn smiled in relief. ‘Thank you so much, Harley,’ he said, rubbing the back of his neck. ‘I really appreciate it.’

imsoclueless Senior"Ah, don't mention it," Harley said with a chuckle, patting Quinn on the back. "But I'm being serious when I say this, you two better stay out of trouble. Do not go and get yourselves into problems that'll get broadcasted onto the news, got it?" Elliot chuckled awkwardly, nodding as he remembered the fight at the bar. "Got it," he replied in a quiet voice, nodding.

Quinn smiled. ‘Oh, the thought had never occurred to me,’ he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes playfully. ‘We should go now. Don’t wanna draw too much attention to your shop.’

imsoclueless Senior"Yeah, quit your loitering," Harley teased, chuckling. "See you later, Quinn." Elliot chuckled softly, heading towards the door with his boyfriend.

‘See you,’ Quinn said with a smile, following Elliot to the door as he waved back. He walked out, holding Elliot’s hand.

Quinn smiled, looking at him. ‘That went well,’ he said happily, squeezing his hand back. ‘So we’ll have your new identity in a few days! That’s something to be happy about, right?’ He noticed Elliot’s expression, frowning slightly.

Quinn pursed his lips but didn’t ask, following his gaze. They got to his apartment and he opened the door for him. ‘You wanna tell me what’s wrong?’

imsoclueless Senior"I- I'm fine, just- nervous about the whole, new identity thing," Elliot replied, chucking nervously. "I mean, what if it doesn't work? And what if my face does get out, from the bar fight?? It might ruin everything..."

‘I doubt Eliana even told the police,’ Quinn said, shutting the door behind them and grabbing a jar of biscuits, then sat on the couch. ‘She’s all bark no bite, trust me on that. Unless someone took a photo then there’d be no chance it’d be anything more than a rumour.’

imsoclueless Senior"There's always that chance, though," Elliot added, sighing as he followed Quinn onto the couch. He sat down and curled up against his side, hugging onto his boyfriend. "I'm just- being cautious, is all..."
