'Hey!' Quinn exclaimed, stepping between Charlotte and Elliott. 'I can explain, okay?! Just calm the f--- down!'
-
imsoclueless SeniorElliot impulsively moved behind Quinn, grasping onto his shirt. "Then start explaining," Charlotte spoke, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow at Quinn. "H- How about we uhm, go sit! Let's go sit and get a drink, how about that??" Sunday suggested, grabbing Charlotte's hand.
-
Quinn scowled at Sunday's girlfriend, hand grasping Elliott's. 'What the hell is wrong with you?! I'm allowed to have relationships that aren't you two.'
-
imsoclueless Senior"Not with someone we don't know-" "Char," Sunday said in a stern voice, stopping them from stepping forward. "Look, she's only worried about you. And so am I. You haven't had the best luck when it comes to romantic relationships, so-" "Oh, we're not dating-" Elliot chimed in, his face bright red.
-
'I was not in a romantic relationship with Noah, for the millionth time!' Quinn exclaimed. 'And we're kind of..!' he said, turning to Elliot. 'Like, 50%!'
-
imsoclueless SeniorElliot groaned and turned an even brighter shade of red, covering his face with his free hand. "So, you're not banging?" Charlotte asked, crossing her arms. "NO, we're not!" Elliot retorted. Sunday giggled softly, smiling. "How about we clear things up and get a drink, hm? Quinn, don't you have some tea?"
-
'I mean, I kiss him sometimes...' Quinn said, blushing profusely, rubbing the back of his neck. 'Y-Yeah, I have some tea.' He fled to the kitchen, leaving the three.
-
imsoclueless Senior"OKAY, let's move onto something else-" Elliot muttered, turning and walking into the lounge room. Sunday giggled and grabbed her girlfriend's hand, following the ravenette and sitting down on the couch. Elliot sat down on one of the chairs, staring awkwardly at his lap. "So, what's your story?" Charlotte asked, keeping her cold glare on Elliot. "Charlotte, leave him be," Sunday said with an exasperated sigh.
-
Quinn eventually came back with four cups and a teapot. He set it on the table before taking a seat. ‘So, er…’ he muttered, fiddling with his hands.
-
imsoclueless Senior"Come on, out with it-" "Charlotte!" Sunday exclaimed, glaring at her girlfriend. "He can at least tell us where he's from, he doesn't look like someone from Northlands." Elliot sighed and leaned forward, folding his hands together. "You're half right. I lived here when I was very little, then moved to the border after Aftershock 14. I only recently came back-" "Don't you have family you could be staying with instead of with Quinn?" Charlotte pressed, crossing her arms. "I left my home because- it wasn't great, for my mental and physical health..."
-
Quinn gently placed his hand on Elliot’s knee. ‘You don’t have to tell them anything if you don’t want to. Sunday, could you please tell your girlfriend to stop being a jerk?’ he snapped at his two friends. ‘You can’t just barge into my house and start interrogating my guest!’
-
imsoclueless Senior"It's not our fault you can't pick good friends, or boyfriends, if that's what y'all are," Charlotte retorted, glaring at Quinn. "You remember that blue haired girl who was using you for your money? Or that one guy, who just wanted your body-" "Charlie, honey, relax," Sunday pleaded, a worried expression on her face. She sighed and turned to Quinn, the worry still plastered on her expression. "We just- we don't want to see you get hurt again, Quinn."
-
Quinn rubbed his face with his hands. ‘So, by your logic, I just shouldn’t be able to love again?’ he argued, scowling. ‘Bulls---! I know you’re just trying to look out for me, but my last partner and I broke up over a year ago, so it’s old news. How would you feel if your best friends barged in and started shouting at you that they guy you’re housing can’t be your friend, hm?’
-
imsoclueless Senior"OKAY-" Charlotte said, standing up. "Quinn, how about you go grab us some snacks? Maybe that'll ease the tension?" She suggested, looking at the group for a moment. She realized she was standing and chuckled, sitting back down.
-
Quinn rolled his eyes. ‘Neither of you have even touched the tea!’ he muttered under his breath, walking into the kitchen and slamming the door, muttering to himself. ‘Can’t even participate in a normal conversation… f---, these crackers are out of date…’
