Quinn frowned and put his phone back in his pocket. His eyes widened in realisation and he looked around. ‘We need to go,’ he said, grabbing Elliot’s hand and pulling him in the opposite direction, away from Harley’s shop. ‘New plan, we’re not going to see Harley.’

imsoclueless Senior"What? Why??" Elliot asked, following Quinn. "Hun, what's going on??"

‘I’ll tell you later, okay?’ Quinn said, his pace quickening into a run. ‘Just follow me, we need to get away from here.’

imsoclueless Senior"Wh- No!" Elliot spoke, stopping in his tracks. "I'm not moving until you tell me what's going on, okay? I deserve to know."

Quinn sighed in exasperation, rubbing his face. ‘Fine, fine! Somebody’s after us. I don’t know who, probably the police. We need to get away from here, please.’

imsoclueless Senior"Of course someone's after us- f---, I knew this was a bad idea," he muttered, rubbing his face with his hand. "Well- Shouldn't we go check on Harley? Make sure nothing happened to her??

‘If we do that the cops will see us. They were in her shop like, 30 seconds ago,’ Quinn said, grabbing his hand. ‘Please, we need to go.’

imsoclueless Senior"Where are we gonna go then? I heard Harley mention some address, so if we, say, go back to our apartment, that'll be the first place they search."

‘Agh, I don’t know,’ Quinn said, rubbing his temples. ‘Maybe to Sunday’s house?’

imsoclueless SeniorElliot paused and thought for a moment, sighing. "I think I know where we can go, but it's not a place either of us are gonna like," he mumbled, running a hand through his hair.

‘Where?’ Quinn asked.

imsoclueless Senior"The Underside- I know, it's where the Huntress is, and it's just- a crazy place in general, but we can hide down there. I-I know some safe spots, and we- we should be safe down there," Elliot spoke, tripping over his words. "It scares me to think that- that the safest place to go is down there, but right now? Might be our safest bet."

Quinn’s eyes widened. ‘The underside?! Elliot, are you crazy!’ he exclaimed, grabbing both of his boyfriend’s hands. ‘We can’t go down there! That place is riddled with droids who probably work for the huntress and criminals!’

imsoclueless Senior"I know! I know," Elliot spoke, twining his fingers with Quinn's, "but it's the only place where we'll be safe from the cops. I-I know it's not a great option, but it's all we've got, my love."

Quinn rested his forehead against the backs of Elliot’s hands, taking a deep breath before pulling his head back. ‘Okay,’ he said, rubbing Elliot’s hands with his thumb. ‘Okay, fine, let’s do it. But promise me nothing bad will happen, please?’
