"Sorry you had to see all, that," he replied, placing his hands on Havyn's and gently moving them off his face. He held them for a moment, giving her hands a gentle squeeze.

Elliot flinched and impulsively covered his ears, squeezing his eyes shut. "s---, sorry! Didn't mean to yell," they added. "Are they not in the closet with the other board games? They should be in a plastic box-" "NO- wait, maybe they are-" Eloise turned and exited the room, going back to search. Elliot sighed, his hands slowly moving back to his lap.

imsoclueless SeniorElliot exhaled and relaxed a bit, stealing a glance at Havyn. He smiled softly and hesitantly leaned into her side again, fidgeting with the sleeve of his shirt. "I think I do like this," he said in a quiet voice, glancing at Havyn with a small smile.
