imsoclueless SeniorKarl flushed red, letting go of Nick's hand and covering his face. Elodie laughed, nodding. "Yeah, actually, Kayden needs to borrow me in the clinic for a bit, so you two are on front desk duty."

“I’m sorry, Karl, I had to say it!” Nick laughed, grabbing the brunettes hand to try and bring them away from his face. “Alright, we’ll head out there.”

imsoclueless SeniorKarl lowered his hands with Nick's, giggling softly. "It's okay~" He replied, leaning up to press a kiss on the ravenette's cheek. He took his hand and followed Elodie out of the kennel, walking over to the front desk.

Nick chuckled, taking Karl’s hand and gently rubbing his thumb on the back of the brunettes hand. He walked out to the front desk, sitting down and guiding Karl to the seat next to his.

imsoclueless SeniorKarl smiled and sat next to Nick, letting go of his boyfriend's hand for a moment to grab his laptop. "So, am I allowed to ask for hints about dinner?" He asked with a smirk, nudging the ravenette's arm.

“No,” Nick chuckled. “It will be an actual surprise.” It was mainly just because he hadn’t thought of anything yet- but Karl didn’t have to know that.

Nick pulled up to Karl’s house to pick him up for the date. He was dressed somewhat nicely, in a sweater and slacks. He told Karl to dress somewhat nicely too. He went up and knocked on the door, giggling when he heard the dogs barking. -
imsoclueless SeniorKarl hummed softly as he fixed his hair in the mirror, adjusting the collar that stuck out of the sweatshirt he put on. He smiled when he heard a knock on the door and rushed over, opening it. "Hey, hot stuff~" He said with a smile as Pepper and Milo rushed over, barking happily at the ravenette.

“Damn, you look good,” Nick said in response, smirking as he took a step inside the house. He shut the door with his foot as he leaned in to kiss Karl.

Karl smiled and reciprocated the kiss, grabbing Nick's hands. "You look good, too~" He commented after he pulled back, smiling.

“Thank you,” Nick said with a smile. “Alright, do you have all your stuff to stay at my house tonight? Are the dogs okay?”

"Yeah, and they should be fine alone for the night," Karl replied, grabbing a bag he had set by the door. "I'm all ready~"
