Mahina chuckled.

Ernest grinned.

Mahina smiled. ‘Seriously though, you need money.’

"I'll manage."

‘I don’t think you will.’

"I will." Ernie said firmly.

Mahina sighed and looked back down at her food.

Ernest turned back to his book, but didn't actually read it, just skimming it.
