They walked further into the woods.

Ernest heard some rustling in the forest, but it was all just birds and squirrels.

Selene held her wand gingerly.

Ernie eyed the trees nervously. “If your names Henrick, stop hiding?”

‘Henrik’s not that dumb, human.’

“I know.” Ernie sighed.

Selene nodded.

After a pause Ernest muttered. “And my names not Human. It’s Ernest.”

‘I’m aware.’

Ernie sighed, eyes still on the trees in case they started acting suspicious.

Selene continued walking.

“Where is that guy?” Ernest muttered.

Selene shrugged.

Ernest heard a couple branches snap deeper in the forest. His eyebrows raised.

Selene automatically raised her wand.
