‘I taught her lesson,’ Callisto said. ‘She won’t disrespect her elders again.’

"Turn her back to normal." Ernie snapped. "Or I'll show you what it means to 'disrespect your elders'." He tried to sound more intimidating than he felt, glaring at her.

Callisto just laughed. ‘What could you do against a witch, human?’

Ernest grit his teeth, taking another step forward. "The name's Ernest." He muttered. "Not human."

Callisto scoffed. ‘Do you think I care?’

Ernie took a step forward, now super close to Callisto. "It's like you want me to punch you." He muttered.

‘It’s like you want to have the same lesson as Mahina,’ Callisto sneered.

It was the dumbest decision of his life, absolutely, but he punched Callsto in the nose.

Callisto stumbled backwards in surprise. She raised was wand angrily. ‘Why, you little-‘
‘Callisto,’ Selene snapped. She was trying to get Mahina to look at her. ‘Stop arguing like a little girl and get out of my house.’ -
Ernest gave a small smirk, walking over to the door and opening it for Callisto. "Follow me." He said, knowing fully well this was the dumbest, most over-confident, impulsive decision he would ever do- and probably the last considering how pissed Callisto looked.

Callisto sneered at Ernest. ‘I know where the door is, little-‘
Hendrick put a hand on her shoulder. ‘Let’s just go.’ -
Ernie chuckled, walking back over to Mahina and Selene.

Mahina’s hands were shaking. She was a sickly shade of pale.

Ernest grabbed her hands gently. "Please be ok." He whispered. "Talk to me."

Mahina’s breathing came in small ragged gasps. Her eyes were fixed on where Callisto had previously stood.
