Ernie grabbed some eggs and started frying them.

Mahina grabbed out a plate and set the finished piece of bacon on it, then fried two other pieces. The smell of bacon and eggs filled the house.

Ernest fried the eggs, occasionally turning his attention to Mahina, smiling.

Mahina glanced at him. 'Now you're staring at me.'

Ernie nodded, blushing slightly. "Yup, pretty much."

'Why's that?' she asked with a chuckle, flipping the pieces of bacon.

Because you're beautiful, duh.
"Because.... Bacon." Ernest said not very convincingly. -
Mahina chuckled. 'Right,' she said, not entirely believing him.

Ernie shrugged, finishing with the eggs.

Mahina eventually finished with the bacon as well. She rubbed some butter on the pan and set a slice of bread on it.

Ernest sat down by the table once he finished.

Mahina eventually finished the toast and put one piece each on two place, then out two pieces of bacon and a fried egg on each, then set one in front of Ernest.

"Thanks." Ernest smiled, grabbing a fork.

Mahina nodded with a smile, and set hers on the table. She grabbed a knife and fork for herself and sat down next to him.

Ernie started eating, smiling.
