"Obviously, why would you be blushing?" Ernie teased, laughing.

‘I know, right,’ Mahina said, thought she knew he knew that she was actually blushing.

"Toootally has nothing to do with me calling you pretty, no way."

Mahina blushed more. ‘No idea what you’re talking about.’

"You ate another one!" Ernie laughed.

‘I must’ve,’ Mahina said, chuckling nervously.

Ernest rolled his eyes, laughing.

‘You know I’m actually blushing, don’t you?’

"Yes, I know." Ernie nodded. "I'm pretty sure the pink candies change the color of your freckles or something."

"I dunno, I'm just guessing." Ernest shrugged, chuckling.
