Jayden rolled his eyes. "Fine." He held the contract up, eyes scanning through it. His smile slightly faded.

Chester noticed. 'W-What is it, love?'

"Nothing." Jayd said quietly.
(Dammit, gtg for dinner. Hopefully I'll be back before young women's, but no promises...) -
(alg, I gtg now anway)
'Love?' -
(Lol)
"I said it's nothing." Jayden answered, kissing Chester's cheek. "It's fine." -
(lmao here now in maths)
Chester frowned, clearly not believing him. 'But now I'm going to be worried for the next hour.' -
(…….. I had to go to young womens lol)
“Here.” Jayd handed it to him. “It’s just something about how I can only make these decisions so long as my board of directors agrees. Not a big deal.” The last sentence was only half true. -

Chester took the contract and skimmed it. He made a small growling down, phoenix wings flexing. 'I'll change it,' he promised. 'We can get a different copy.' -
(Lol)
“No, it’s fine, you don’t have to.” Jayden said quickly. “It’s no big deal.” Ok, so he lied. It was a big deal, to him, but he didn’t want to bother Chester with more of his problems. Besides, he could probably convince the stupid board of directors to agree. -
Chester shook his head. ‘It’s not fine. It’s f---ed up! I’ll get it reprinted, promise.’

Jayd shook his head. "No, no, it's fine! I don't need you to." He grabbed a pen. "Look, I'll sign it, and you don't have to make another copy."

Chester stared at him. ‘How are you being so calm?’

Because I don't want you to worry. Jayd just shrugged.

Chester shook his head and took the contract. ‘We’re changing it,’ he decided. ‘See anything else in there yoou don’t like?’

Jayden sighed. "No." He mumbled after a bit.
