Chester rolled his eyes. ‘Pfft.’

Jayden chuckled.

Chester smiled. ‘I’ll make it my mission to understand everything about you, Jayden,’ he said softly.

Jayd smiled. "Good. But I promise you, you won't be able to understand how much I love you no matter how hard you try."

‘I’m happy to spend as much time as I need,’ Chester said with a smile.

Jayden chuckled, kissing his cheek.

Chester held him close. ‘But seriously. I’m willing to spend the rest of my life with you, Jayden.’

Jayd blushed hard, smiling shyly. "Tha-you-yes." He stammered.

Chester’s smile was a mixture of smugness and relief. ‘Yes?’

"Yes." Jayden said, embarrassed he stuttered so much.

‘Alright, then,’ Chester said with a grin.

Jayd gave a more sheepish grin, looking at him happily.

Chester held him like he was never going to let go. He buried his face in his hair.

Jayden blushed, wrapping an arm around Chester.
