Chester lead him to his office. As usual, the hallways were either narrow or way too wide, and were decorated with paintings and tapestries and other things.

Jayd looked around at the tapestries as he walked.

Chester wasn’t paying attention to the decorations. He looked at Jayden every once in a while.

Jayden eventually looked at him and noticed, chuckling.

‘Shut up,’ Chester laughed. He kissed the side of his head. ‘I’m trying to love you in peace.’

"I'm afraid I'll make that very difficult, beautiful." Jayd grinned.

Chester rolled his eyes. ‘Of course you will.’

"Such a shame." Jayden said in mock pity.

Chester laughed. ‘Oh, woe is me.’

"I'm terribly sorry." Jayd kept saying it in the mock voice.

‘Nobody likes a liar, Jayden.’

"And yet you still love me." Jayden teased.

‘Oh, believe me, I do,’ Chester laughed.

Jayd blushed, chuckling.

Chester kissed his cheek. ‘More than anything.’
