Jayd sighed, looking down at the floor. He didn't say anything.

Chester kissed his cheek, before positioning himself so he could read the article. As he read his face formed into a deeper frown.

Jayden looked up at Chester to see how he was going to react.

When he was finished, Chester had gritted his teeth and his knuckles had turned white from how hard he was gripping it. ‘Bulls---!’ he shouted, throwing it across the room. He threw stuff when he was mad. ‘What kind of stupid s--- are people filling their heads with these days?!’

"I know, I know, just try and relax." Jayden said, resting a hand on Chester's shoulder. "Nobody'll believe it." He said even though he wasn't so sure.

Chester wasn’t sure about that either. But when Jayden put his hand on his shoulder he called just a bit. He pulled Jayden into a hug. ‘God, I’m so sorry,’ he said. ‘Why didn’t you tell me it was printed? I could’ve…’ He cut himself off. Nothing. He could’ve done nothing.

"I didn't see it until you were gone. And by then it was too late. Besides, I didn't want to ruin your mood." Jayd said softly, embracing the hug. "I'm sorry."

‘No, don’t be. I should’ve gone to make sure they weren’t gonna print it, I shouldn’t have answered any questions, I..’ Chester paused. He took a deep breath and kissed the top of Jayden’s head. ‘I’ll fix this, alright?’

Jayden looked up, giving a half-hearted smile. He wasn't sure how Chester was supposed to fix it, but he didn't bother asking in case he didn't have an answer. "This isn't your fault, you couldn't have expected this to happen."

Jayd shrugged. "I'm alright. Are you?"

Chester nodded for his sake. He didn’t want to have another outburst, or make Jayden upset, so he forced a smile. ‘I’m fine.’ -
Jayden could see that Chester was faking it. He frowned. "You sure?"

Chester nodded, still trying to smile. 'Yeah, I'm fine, love.
