‘I’d hate to have another question like that asked on our date,’ Chester sighed. ‘It’s totally ruin the mood.’
‘How are you not nervous! These two are the most powerful people for miles around!’ the first guard exclaimed in a hushed voice. -
Jayd nodded, grimacing. "You should make a 'no reporters' law."
"Yeah, and they asked us to be their guards, meaning there's nothing to worry about as long as we do what we normally do." -
‘I hate to say it, but that would be extreme inconvenient, even for me,’ Chester said. He kissed the side of Jayden’s head. ‘I’ll try and figure out a solution, OK?’
The first one huffed. ‘I can’t believe you, Gary.’ -
Jayd blushed, smiling. "Fine, I trust you." He chuckled.
Gary rolled his eyes. "Whatever." -
Chester smiled, chuckling a bit. They got to the castle.

Jayden opened the side door that they came through in. "Do we have to pay these guys, or....?"

‘Um…’ Chester muttered, looking at the two guards. ‘I don’t know.’ He reached into his pocket and fumbled around for some money.

Jayd chuckled. "I got it, beautiful." He grabbed some money in his pockets. Granted it was human money, so he didn't know if it was worth anything in this kingdom. -

Chester smiled softly, pulling his hand out of his pocket. -
Jayden offered the money to the guards. "There, is that enough for you two?" He asked. The first guard nodded happily.
"Told you we'd get a good tip." Gary muttered. The other guard stomped on his foot to try and shut him up. -
Chester chuckled. ‘Thank you for your service, gentlemen,’ he said. The first one bowed and said, ‘Of course, your majesties,’ and they both left.
Chester looked at Jayden, smiling. ‘Thanks.’ -
"No problem." Jayd grinned, opening the door and walking inside.

Chester grabbed his hand and followed him inside. ‘I’ve got some complaints to make,’ he said in a partly joking voice. ‘I see you later, alright?’
