"Good. I hope it took you years." Jayden joked, grabbing a plate.

‘More like 6 months.’

Jayd grumbled. "Way too lucky. I ought to steal him so he can cook at my kingdom." His face lit up. "We can trade cooks for a day or something! Please?"

Chester raised an eyebrow. ‘What’s wrong with yours?’

"Nothing, he's just not nearly as good as Patton."

‘How so?’

"I dunno, he's just a pretty average cook. None of his food is BAD, it's just all pretty basic stuff." Jayd shrugged.

‘I’m not willing to trade my chef,’ Chester chuckled. ‘You might have to extend your visit,’ he added jokingly.

"Gladly." Jayden said immediately.

Chester smiled. ‘Alright, then,’ he said, returning to his food.

Jayd took a bite out of his cinnamon roll. It tasted like the most heavenly thing he could ever eat without actually dying. His eyes widened.

Chester smiled. ‘Do you like the food?’ he asked jokingly.

"Yes. A lot."

"It's not fair that you get the best chef." Jayden sighed. "Does he have a twin I could hire?"
