Theo interlaced their fingers. Her toast popped up.

Theo chuckled, moving slightly to grab the toast. "Want anything on it?"

‘Just butter,’ Hazel said with a smile

Theo smiled, smearing butter on the toast before handing it to Hazel.

‘Thank you very muchly,’ Hazel said with a goofy grin, taking a bite of the toast.

"Muchly?" Theo laughed. "Weirdo."

‘It was a joke my mum used to make, how dare you!’ Hazel laughed, elbowing him.

"Oi!" Theo laughed. "No elbowing!"

‘Pfft.’

Theo rolled his eyes, eating his toast.
