Theo did as well. After a bit the homework was handed out.

Hazel looked down at her sheet, thoroughly traumatised.

Theo laughed, grabbing his pencil and turning to her desk to try and help her.

Hazel chuckled nervously, picking her pen.

"Alright, let me help you." Theo grabbed a spare piece of paper and wrote down all the steps for the first equation. "Does that make sense?"

Hazel read the steps he wrote down twice. ‘I guess.’

"Can you try and do the second problem for me then? To show me what you understand and don't?"

‘Alright,’ Hazel said, starting the second problem. ‘It’s 24, isn’t it?

Theo looked down and nodded after a moment. "Yes. Now make sure you label it correctly in case this teachers picky about that stuff."

Hazel did that. ‘Thanks,’ she said, smiling.

"No problem." Theo grinned before turning to his own homework.

Hazel started working on the third problem.

Theo did the first two problems quickly since he just did them with Hazel.

Hazel was a little slower than him, and had messy scribbles of bath equations up and down her page.

Theo looked over after a moment, chuckling. "Do you want an extra paper?"
