‘I don’t care,’ Hazel repeated, shrugging. She moved her top hat two spaces.

Theo rolled his eyes, watching the top hat, hoping it landed on a bad space. It landed on a utility.

Hazel hadn’t played monopoly in a while. ‘Is that good or bad?’

"Good because nobody has bought it yet." Theo sighed. "So you can buy it."

‘No need to sound so disappointed,’ Hazel chuckled. ‘I know you wanted the toilets.’

Theo laughed. "Hey, never underestimate the power of the toilets. The rent is INSANE."

Hazel laughed. ‘You are ridiculous.’

"And proud." Theo nodded, puffing out his chest confidently.

Hazel rolled her eyes, chucking the dice at him.

Theo caught it- barely. He rolled it and got a 4, and he moved 4 spaces. He wound up on one of Hazel's properties.
