Hazel threw her rubbish away as well and grabbed her bag reluctantly.

Theo did the same, walking to the crowded hallway.

Hazel slipped her hand into his.

Theo smiled as he walked. Cohen noticed them holding hands and grinned.

Hazel didn't mind. She figured her best friend would support her.

After a bit they all got to the math class, and Theo picked a seat in the middle row.

Hazel sat next to him, then Cohen next to Hazel.

"Who's ready for a boring lesson?" Theo asked glumly.

'Let's just wag. We could probably leave now without anybody noticing,' Hazel said.
Cohen chuckled. 'Absolutely not.' -
"Please?" Theo asked Cohen. "It'd be so worth it."

'No! I'm not getting detention because of the two of you.'

Theo sighed. "So we have to endure a boring lesson when we could be literally anywhere else?"

'Yes,' Cohen said.
'You're the worst,' Hazel mumbled. -
"We're holding you accountable for our boredom." Theo grumbled.
