Theo heard Lilla say something muffled to Jackie in the other room, but he wasn't paying attention. He was too busy trying to calm the butterflies in his stomach down.

'What?!' Jackie shouted. Hazel frowned but turned her attention back to Theo.

Theo cuddled closer to Hazel, smiling and closing his eyes.

Hazel blushed slightly but did the same.

Lilla ran back to the doorway, dragging Jackie along and not saying anything so they both wouldn't get caught.

Jackie's eyes widened. Lilla ran off to spread the word. It was passed around the house like Chinese whispers. Ally told her father, but Mr Jasper only pat her on the head and chuckled at her incoherent babbles.

After a while Theo opened his eyes, but didn't pull away from Hazel.

Hazel was still holding his hand, and leaned into him a bit more.

After a while Jackie got bored and followed Lilla for the drama.

'So,' Hazel said quietly, a small smile on her lips. She opened her eyes and looked up at him.

"So." Theo said, smiling. "You got an idea for what you want me to do?"

'No,' Hazel said, trying to think something up.

Theo smiled. "All right, tell me when you've got an idea." He said softly.

Hazel nodded.

Theo pulled closer to Hazel. "So... When's lunch?"
