Collins chuckled softly. She felt sorry for the assistant researcher's kids. 'I suppose so. They don't talk to me much.'

"that's terrible. I'd hate it if the creator didn't talk to me much. Actually, he doesn't talk to me anymore but he will when he comes back." Florence said before mimicking a frog outside

Collins shrugged. 'They're always at work or something. I'm most often home alone.'

"isn't their job your development?" Florence asked. He flexed his wings at a strange angle.

‘Er, no.. They both work as brain doctor people,’ Collins said.

"how do they look at brains?" Florence asked as he mimicked a creaking floorboard.

‘Well, for surgeries and stuff they have to cut open the patient’s head. But when they were studying at university they looked at models and 3D images and stuff.’

"THEY CUT OPEN PEOPLES HEADS!??????!!!" Florence shouted loudly

Collins did not do well to hide her laughter. 'Yeah,' she said between her fits of laughter.

"it's not funny! That's so scary!" Florence shouted as his wings folded flat

Collins tried to suppress her giggles. 'I mean, the patient is put to sleep with a medicine, and professionals cut their head open to fix it. People aren't just sticking knifes in their heads willy-nilly.'

"why would someone need to cut your head open?" Florence asked. His eyes were filled with concern as his ears drooped.

Collins pat his shoulder. 'There might be a problem with their body or something. It can help cure epilepsy, cancer, stuff like that.'
