Marco barked from the gate, charging at the door. He growled at Boris and this new person. Someone inside of the house shouted something that couldn't quite be heard. "Hello Marco." Boris said. Marco was 4 feet tall and smelled like sawdust, his fur was gray and short. He looked like some kind of mastiff mix.

"hello Marco!" she says in a sweet voice, letting him sniff her arm. "you're so cute!"

Marco instead of smelling her arm snapped at her. "That's a warning from him little girl." A horse voice from inside the house said as the door opened. Boris's dad stepped out wearing cargo shorts a bass pro shop hat and a gun. Boris's dad had red hair and a scar over his eye and looked around twenty but was however over fourth years old. "Hi dad, I'm home." Boris said. "It's about time, elra finished supper. Go in and wash up, and get her friend away from the fence because Marco ain't wearin no muzzle even if the city comes back." His dad said.

"I'll wait until my dad puts on his radio and then I'll pet him. Before that he's dangerous. He's pretty untrained." Boris said, waiting for his dad to call over Marco to the porch so he could open the gate. His dad just sat in his rocking chair.

"he might bite." Boris said. Might was an understatement but he didn't want to scare Noriana. "Marco, go on boy, why don't you go say hi to dad?" Marco growled in response to Boris before a different voice from Inside the house called Marco "I've got some chicken Marco!" The voice from the house said

"what if i kidnap you?" "then your dad wouldn't be able to send Marco with because he would have no idea where you are,"

"kidnapping is wrong but I'm sure I could leave for a few days. I'm pretty sure my dad wouldn't notice." Boris said watching Marco run into the house.

"ok, come here," she whispers, goofily tiptoeing away from Boris's house. "we have some ice cream cake in the freezer."

"lucky, I call the ice cream part." Boris joked as he followed Aria.

"i think it's all together. you've gotta have some of each." she laughs, taking Boris's hand and skipping toward her house. "wow, this is a very easy kidnapping, thank you for being so compliant."

"what can I say, I'm just a sleepy guy." Boris said

"ok we are almost at my house." "any last words in the outside world captive?"
