Eli smiled. "Awww, thanks. You're my only friend too."

A small smile played on Callum's lips.

Eli smiled even more. "You're soooooo adorable when I talk about you being my friend." They teased.

Callum put on a straight face and rolled his eyes. 'No I'm not!'

"Liar!" Eli exclaimed. chuckling.

'I like it I guess, but I'm not adorable,' Callum snapped, folding his arms.

"Phhht, don't deny it." Eli teased even more, still laughing.

Callum decided against arguing with them, and rolled his eyes again.

Eli still chuckled. "So um, what's your favorite thing to do in your free time?"

'I don't know. I mostly just play games with the cats and help on the farms.'

"Makes sense. What kinda games would you play with the cats?"

'I mainly have a toy rat on a string and get them to chase after it,' Callum shrugged. 'Cats can be fairly simple-minded.'

Eli chuckled. "Yeah, that stuffs so fun to do with them. Messing with cats never gets old."

Callum smiled. 'Yeah.'

Eli smiled back. "So... Do you want to hang out after school?"
