Elise smiled. “Fantasy is so good. And yeah… all the different powers are a nice change from this elemental stuff.”

Orion saw a different colored, bigger flower hidden among the others. "do you see that one?" he points it out, staring in awe

Elise looks over to where Orion is pointing. “Wow,” she breathes. “That’s beautiful. Do you have any idea what kind it is?”

Orion squats down to get a better look at it. "it looks like the flowers surrounding it, but just a different color and size, so it might be a hybrid." he says, inspecting it.

“That’s wonderful,” Elise says. She looked closer. “I think some of the most beautiful flowers are hybrids. This certainly helps my point.”

"they are very beautiful. it's like they take the best of both flowers into one." Orion says

Elise gazed at the flower. “A perfect little flower baby,” she said with a smile.

"perfect..." Orion repeats under his breath, gazing at the flower.

Elise looks over at Orion. “What’s it like, where you come from?” she asks softly.

Orion sighs. "it's not as pretty as it is here." he says solemnly. "nobody cares for nature there, so the places they don't go anymore are overrun with ivy and plants, and the places they visit often have almost no nature."

Elise blinks, then walks over to a rose bush and cuts three red roses off it. She walks back to Orion, holding them out for him. “Here,” she says. “In case you ever need a bit of nature.”

Orion smiles at the roses. "thank you, Princess." he says, taking them.

Elise smiles back. “Anytime.”

"I believe we should get to know each other better, so..." he searches his mind for an ice breaker. "what's your favorite color?"

Elise thinks for a split second, then goes, “Green. Yours?”
