Paxton nods in agreement to the statement along with everyone else in that room.

Headmistress McGonagall speaks up, and Willow jumps slightly, as she had forgotten she was there. "I think the children should go back to their common room, as it is getting late." she says, peering over her glasses at Willow and Paxton.

Paxton looks outside and sees it's dark out now. "Oh-" He has completely lost track of time. "We'll see ourselves out." Paxton wheels himself out of the office.

Willow follows close behind. "Hey, look on the bright side. your leg will be back tomorrow!" Willow exclaims, grinning.

Paxton smiles, "Right! I'm so excited to finally be able to walk again!"

Willow playfully rolls her eyes at Paxton. "you've only been in the wheelchair for two days, Paxton." she reminds him.

"FEELS LIKE AN ETERNITY, WILLOW-" Paxton answers, loud and dramatically.

Willow winces, looking around at the empty hallway, then relaxes. "fortunately no one was around..." she mumbles under her breath.

"Hehe." Paxton chuckles softly, continuing on their way back to the Hufflepuff common rooms.

Willow knocks on the barrels, and the door opens, revealing the common room, where a small group hangs around, lounging on the chair and benches scattered around the room. Willow walks to a little corner that is uninhabited, sitting on one of the cushions.

Paxton wheels himself next to Willow. "Well, that was certainly an experience, amiright?"

Willow grins at Paxton. "very much so." she says. "hearing a firsthand account of some kind of magic we somehow don't know of?!" she looks up at the ceiling. "awesome."

"Indeed it is." Paxton rests his eyes, smiling.

"makes me a little more excited for what's going to happen in the future." Willow says.

"What do you think is going to happen in the future, if you had to guess?" Paxton inquires.
