Relief floods Masako's face. "oh, alright. you had me scared for a second."

"SURPRISE MFERS, I'M STILL ALIVE AND KICKIN'-" Wakumi's voice gets cut off my a bonk on the head.
"ENA, LANGUAGE-" Iida karate chopped her. -
Masako looks at Iida in surprise. "i didn't cuss don't karate chop me!!!!" she says, ducking slightly

"I wasn't planning on it." Iida looks at Masako and goes off into the stands with the rest of class 1-A. Wakumi rubs her head. "Ow..." she chuckles, "Well, I did deserve that. There could be kids watching this."

"yea, Wakumi!" Masako says, putting emphasis on Wakumi's name. "there could be children watching!"

"PFFT- Is that supposed to be the impression of Iida??" Wakumi laughs walking to the preparation room.

"maybeee" Masako says in a singsong voice. "good luck Wakumi! kick some pikachu tail!" she says, pumping her fists in the air.

Wakumi bows, blowing a kiss, jokingly to Masako. She waits in the preparation room until she and Kaminari get called up. (Masako can go back to the stands and talk with the other students, of whom I will be talking through.)

Masako walks back up to the stands, and then realizes: there's no empty seats except for beside Mineta, who pats the chair beside him, and... Todoroki. she decides to go with the slightly safer option, and sits beside Todoroki, blushing.

Todoroki gives Masako a side-eye glance but says nothing. (I imagine that Todoroki, at least, right now, wouldn't start a conversation. You first.)

"h-hey, Todoroki. Remember me?" Masako asks, hoping he remembers her from when they used to visit each other as children. -
Todoroki tilts his head, scanning Masako, "Weren't you that girl who visited me when we were kids?"

Masako's face light up. "yea, i am!" she says, delighted. "how have you been?"

"I've been fine, how about you?" Todoroki inquires. (POV Masako's brain: Yeah, fine looking more like-)

"eh, pretty good." Masako says. "honestly, i could be better." she smiles, still blushing.
