"Are you sure? You seem jumpy." She asked, brushing her bangs back

"Y-Yeah. Just f-fine." Ami said sighing.

"But you - you're stuttering. Badly. Are you sure?" He asked, pressing her for the true answer.

"Y-Yeah. I-I am o-ok." Ami said relaxing herself.

Zumae nodded. "Okay. Wanna hold Reggie?" They asked, kissing the panda on her head.

"Sure." Ami said smiling at him again.

Zumae handed her the panda, who instantly started licking her face.

Ami laughed. "Hey! That tickels!"

Zumae giggled watching Reggie. The panda kept licking her face until she decided Ami was clean enough.

Ami laughed so hard that she fell. She couldn't breathe from all the laughing.

Reggie wagged her fluffy little tail and hopped away. Zumae laughed. "Ami? You good?"

"Yeah." She said struggling to catch her breath.

Zumae laughed with her. "Reggie likes you. She only does that when she likes someone."

"I can tell." Ami said as she finally stopped laughing.

"Okay. Have a Reggie." He said, dropping the panda into her lap.
