"Hello," He said casually.
Literally one person acknowledged him. -
Kyros stepped up to him “Greetings traveler”

(Uh he didn't go to dressrosa he just found a small town)

Dadan walked up to him “WHO ARE YOU”

(Bro that's not how that works, Luffy's town is on the east blue, how do we go from wherever dressrosa is to there)
