George smiled and gently started selecting the blue flowers, the ones that he could match, occasionally double checking with Dream to make sure he didn't grab a purple one.
Gold sniffled, starting to cry again. He hugged his uncle gently, starting to apologize. "I'm sorry! It's my fault you have a headache because I was stubborn and you had to fight with me. I'm sorry. If I hadn't been like that, this wouldn't happen!!" -
Dream always reassured him, starting to weave the flowers together.
Skeppy frowned, hugging Gold back. "No, Gold, it wasn't you, I promise." -
George smiled, watching Dream happily. "Would you wear one?" He asked, gently touching a white flower. "I can make you one."
Gold glanced up at his uncle, his eyes clouded with tears. "Then why do you have a headache if it isn't me?" -
"I would love one," Dream answered. "Especially if you make it, my love."
"Because I'm a bit dehydrated, okay?" Skeppy said. -
Geoege nodded, smiling as he started gathering any remaining white flowers for Dream's crown. He slowly, carefully, started to weave the flowers together, making sure none would fall out.
Gold nodded and pulled away. "Okay." The small hybrid said before going back to Lem, still upset about Skeppy and everything else that happened that morning.
Lem frowned and wiped his tears away. "Hey, why are you crying?" Xey asked, biting back a hiss of pain as the tears burnt xeir fingers. -
Dream gazed at George as he did that, zoning out.
Skeppy sighed, leaning against the counter. -
George smiled and braided the last flower into place. He surveyed the crown, turning it gently and making sure it looked good. Then he handed it to Dream. "Here. Here's yours. All white, because there are no green flowers."
Gold nodded. "Yeah. I'm fine. I'm fine." The little hybrid said quietly, wiping his face gently and swatting Lem's hands away. "Stop! You're gonna hurt yourself!!"
Lem laughed sarcastically. "My face is scarred from crying. You really think I'd care if I got a few burns from helping you?"
Bad sighed and glanced toward the kitchen, frowning, but remaining in the living room, listening to Gold and Lem. -
Dream smiled brightly, finishing George’s crown and placing it on his head. “Here you are, my king.”
-
George laughed happily, blushing at Dream's words. He would've put the crown on Dream's head but he was too small. "For you, my prince." He said a deep blush on his cheeks.
-
Dream smiled, putting the flower crown on his head.
-
George smiled and looked up at Dream, backing up a little so he didn't hurt his neck. "What do you want to do now, Dream? You can choose. I won't mind."
-
Dream blinked, his mind coming up blank. “I have no idea.”
-
George frowned and hummed. "Oh. I honestly don't know either. The only thing I really wanted to do was make the flower crowns." He paused for a second, then sighed. "Should probably check on Tommy though. See what he did yesterday and last night, if anything."
-
Dream pressed his lips together. “Hopefully he was rethinking what he said.”
-
George frowned and took Dream's hand. "Hey, let it go. I'm okay. I should be used to it. So just let it go and don't be a complete jerk to him about that." He looked down for a minute then back up. "Okay?"
