George nodded, glancing down again and placing his foot over the brake pedal and pressing it once they got to the sign, a little too hard.

Clay yelped in surprise and had to stop himself from falling forward.

George winced, stopping himself by gripping the wheel. "Sorry- sorry, sorry sorry-"

"Hey, calm down, it's okay!" Clay said softly. "It's literally your first time, and you're doing amazing-"

"What do I do?" George asked, panicking slightly as another car pulled up behind him.

"Here-" Clay reached over and turned the blinker on. "Slowly pull forward, and turn right. It's alright-"

George nodded a bit, pressing gently on the pedal and going forward. He turned the wheel to the right, quickly realizing he needed to turn it much more than he thought.

"Oh s---," Clay placed his hands on the wheel and helped George turn, his fingers lightly brushing George's in the process.

George didn't have it in him to notice as he continued down the road once they had turned.

Clay backed up, removing his hands and relaxing a bit. "You okay?" He asked.

George nodded, eyes glued to the road in front of him.

"Watch your speed...make sure you check the mirrors." Dream winced when he realized he sounded like his father.

George nodded, becoming aware of the several mirrors around.

"You're getting it!" Dream said happily. "Okay, try taking a left here-" He pointed to the intersection up ahead.

George silently accepted the challenge, glancing around him to prepare to stop.
