George took his hands and hid his face in them. "Stop it-"

Clay's face fell and he slowly moved his hand back. There was a noticeable difference in his voice. "I'm sorry, I- I wasn't making fun of you at all."

"I know, I know," George said. "I just feel embarrassed," George said, moving his hand back and reaching for Dreams.

Dream took George's hand and was unable to wipe the grin off his face. "Well, don't be embarrassed! I'm not gonna judge you for anything. I'd never do that-"

George smiled, gazing over to Clay, even though he couldn't see him. "Thanks."

"I'm always gonna be here for you. No need to thank me for s**t." Clay said softly.
(Should we time skip to the morning at all?? Or are there any other ideas for here??) -

George turned over in bed, groaning quietly as he realized he had woken up.
Nick was still fast asleep from the night before, and yes, still on Karl. -
Clay paced back and forth in his room, trying to think of different streaming things they could do. It'd been over a week since the manhunt, they needed to do something else.
Karl shifted slightly and scrolled through Twitter. He hadn't slept much at all. No more than an hour. -
George grabbed his phone, texting Dream.
George
good morning :)
Nick hummed quietly, stirring awake. -
Dream jumped and yelped in surprise when his phone went off. He walked over to his nightstand and couldn't;t help but smile once he saw it was a text from George.

good morning, sleepyhead :D
"Oh, hello love," Karl mumbled. -
George flushed red, scoffing a bit at his reply.
George
hello, insomniac
"Hi," Nick mumbled, only picking his head up a bit to rub his eyes. -
Clay chuckled.

why so mean, Gogy?
"How'd you sleep?" Karl asked softly. -
George
i just woke up
duh
"Good," Nick mumbled, looking up at Karl and smiling. "How about you?" -

still, you don't have to be mean to me :(
Karl tensed up and wouldn't meet Nick's eyes. "G-Good," He nervously responded, clearly lying.
