"Uh, tiring," Matthew said with a chuckle. "I got up, like, twenty minutes ago."

"Dear Lord! You really need coffee then!!" Morrigan said with a laugh. "I've been up since like two this morning."

"Yeah," Matthew said with a chuckle. "How? How are you not tired?"

"I guess I'm just used to not getting much sleep," Morrigan said with a sigh. "It's hard to fall asleep and stay asleep." She looked out the window, and yet again the clouds threatened rain.

"Dang, that must stink," Matthew said, turning a corner.

"Yup!" Morrigan said over-optimistically.

"Have you tried taking melatonin, or something?" Matthew asked.

"Yeah, a couple of times. It only occasionally works." Morrigan replied. "Anyways, I'm fine. How far away are we?" She asked.

(What are we gonna do ab Morrigan's "living situation"? I'm assuming Matthew talks her into it, because he's concerned??? Or any other ideas??)

(HA Matthews a simp. Ok We've flustered Matthew a couple of times ab his identity...we've gotta fluster Morrigan somehow. Or maybe she's just better at keeping a secret? Her character is really f***ing smart.)
Morrigan nodded and turned to look at Matthew. "What's the craziest thing that's happened to you in the past couple of days?" She asked. -
Matthew blew out a breath. "Past couple of days? Uh, I passed my last test?" He said jokingly, chuckling. "No, but probably what happened with Parallex and stuff, I dunno."

Morrigan laughed along with Matthew. "Yeah...Parallex kinda f***ed everything over." She sighed.

"Yeah, but now we can hang out again today," Matthew said optimistically as he pulled into a parking spot, stopping the car and unbuckling. "We're here,'

"Oh yay!" Morrigan said as she fiddled with the buckle. Her hands were kinda shaky. She undid it and reached for her phone and keys.
