You are an experiment in an underground facility aiming to create new superhuman soldiers. Of course, the only way they could get test subjects was to kidnap orphans off of the street.
You have been experimented on until you ended up gaining powers.
Your life was the same, white hell, until one day the facility is raided and you're taken in by an...interesting couple
Rules:
No more then three powers at the start, you can gain more later with permission
No mary/Gary sues

Backstory before the facility: His parents were killed in a fire and he had serious burns. He still has scars from it but hates talking about them.
