Hannah laughed lightly. "Hey, what are friends for? Anyways, uh, are you hungry?"

"..Maybe?" Jonothan said, his hands shuffling stuff in the bag Hannah had gave him. "I ate hospital pancakes. They're better than others i guess." he said, with a small smile on his face. "I might crave some better food."

Hannah gave him a rare half-smile, turning the steering wheel. "McDonalds it is!" she said, pulling into the drive thru. "What are you hungry for?"

"A hash brown if they still sell those." said Jonothan. He grinned and said "Gosh, i feel like we'll get to know each other early."

Hannah smiled a little. "Maybe we will," she said, ordering a hash brown for Jonothan and getting a coffee for herself. When she received it, she passed it back to him. "Here you go, Jo, I mean Jonothan."

"Nah, it's fine, you can call me Jo if you want." Jonothan said, chuckling.
"Uh- thanks for the hash brown i guess. A lot of people like those anyway," he said, taking a bite of his hash brown. -
Hannah drove with one hand on the steering wheel, sipping her coffee. "No problem. So, um, what do you wanna do?"

"Dunno," Jonothan said. "Are we near home?" he asked. "I wanna hug everything so hard that they'll break."

Hannah slightly smiled. "We're close, so I'm sure you'll get to do that soon. In the meantime, I fully intend to drink this entire coffee in less than five minutes."

"The fastest coffee drinking person award goes to you!" Jonothan said, laughing. "Right..?"

Hannah grinned cheekily, downing her coffee. "It better! I'll make a new world record." -
Jonothan sighed, chuckling a little bit before looking out the window. "I don't remember this place . . . probably just my memory." he said.

"I guess you'll get to experience this ol' place all over again," Hannah mused, as the GPS alerted her to take a right turn.

"Well, of course." Jonathan said.
