Welcome to Ferris City, home to Dawn and Herbert Industries. DHI is an international company that works on selling technology to companies such as NASA or Spacex. In secret, the company is run by a group of aliens, using their own technology to slowly help Humanity catch up with other intelligent races. One day, however, there was an accident when translating some of their tech into humanity’s current tech, resulting in random humans within the city getting special abilities.
While other companies and militaries seek to benefit from this in various ways, DHI is working to make up for this. While DHI provides free technology for helping those with powers live normal lives, another company, Gilcorp, seeks to take advantage by recruiting a team of super heroes to not only contain any villains that resulted from the accident, but also to add to their brand.

Personality: good qualities: casual, friendly, outgoing, calm, level headed, and compassionate. Poor qualities: Slightly lazy, irresponsible, easily distracted or bored, cocky, and impatient. Neutral Qualities: stubborn and sarcastic.
Powers/Skills: Can control ice
Weaknesses: Fire, dehydration disables powers, and see poor qualities in personality. She also has bracelets that help her control her powers and moderate them to a freeze blast, ice bridges, and other controlled forms. If they’re taken off, however, her powers become much less controllable, and much stronger, to the point where ice forms on everything she touches. The calmer she is, the easier it is to control the ice, but she often tends to panic when she loses control of her powers.
Backstory: She was raised by two fathers in a middle class home. She lived a pretty normal childhood with a small friend group, a membership in the Soccer Team, and a fairly close relationship with her family. When she got her powers, her family instantly went to DHI for help after the company offered services. DHI created special bracelets that could help her control her powers, then Gilcorp offered her a position on the team. She accepted right away, despite her fathers being hesitant.
