Clay chuckled, pressing a kiss on George’s cheek. ”It’s fine,” he said with a chuckle, rubbing his arm.
”But like, how did you not know there are fifty states?” Nick asked, trying to hold back his laughter.
“Stop it, he just didn’t know,” Clay said, shooting a playful glare at Nick. -
"Two of them are like, a million f--king miles away!" George exclaimed with a chuckle, resting his head on Clay's shoulder and waving one of his hands around.
"But have you not heard us saying there are fifty states? Like, no one ever said forty-eight," Karl said with a chuckle. -
Clay chuckled and pulled a hand up to George’s head, running it though his hair. “Okay, okay, leave him alone,” he said with a quiet chuckle. “Now, back to the road-trip conversation. We need to rent a bigger van, so I may go out sometime before we wanna leave and get one.”
”Get like an, SUV. It’ll have a lot of room,” Sam suggested, crossing her arms. “Enough for luggage and for us to not be crammed inside.” -
"That's true, probably be best," Karl said with a nod.
"When are we actually going to go?" George asked, leaning against Clay's side. -
“Tomorrow,” Nick joked, chuckling.
Clay rolled his eyes, a shirt laugh escaping his mouth. -

“I was thinking maybe sometime in January or February, since it’d be less busy because the holiday season is coming to an end,” he replied, rubbing George’s arm with his hand.

"But that's so far-away," George whined, chuckling.
"It'd be better, though. Then we wouldn't have to sit in traffic and make the whole thing like, twice as long," Karl stated. -
Clay chuckled, nodding in agreement. He hugged George close, rubbing his arm.
”What is there even to do in Florida Key?” Sam asked with a chuckle, looking over at her brother.
”To be honest, I do not know,” Clay admitted with a chuckle, shrugging. -
"I went there for a Mr. Beast video once," Karl stated, chuckling. "There's like, scuba diving and stuff. Anything even closely related with the ocean, you can do it there,"
"Ooh, that's kinda cool," George said, chuckling. -
“Sounds fun,” Nick said with a smile, nodding.
”Yeah, I’d love to try scuba-diving,” Sam added, Clay nodding in agreement.

”George, you wanna come with me to go look for a rental?” Clay asked, looking over to his boyfriend. “I’m probably gonna need help finding a good one.” -
"Sure," George said with a nod, looking up from his phone. "Are we going now?"

“I was gonna head out now, yeah,” Clay replied with a nod. “If you don’t wanna come, it’s fine.”
