The room was dark and bare. Only one overhead light in the middle of the room illuminated the gray concrete walls. There was a very heavy metal door in the corner, but it was locked from the outside and there was no possible way to unlock it from the inside.
In the middle of the room, situated into a circle underneath the light were five people. They were all dressed in the same white t-shirt and blue jeans, all the same brand. They didn't wear any other accessories, no bracelets or watches or necklaces, and so on. Not one person knows another in this room.
Three of the five people have one thing in common though. As do two of the five people. The three have all done something to wrong the Mafia, whether they realized it or not. The two are both Mafia.
These five going to play a little game.
Cobalt's eyes opened, revealing his chocolate brown irises. He slowly sat up, resting his pale long-fingered hands against the smooth floor. He knew the others would start waking up soon because they had all been drugged at the exact same time.
Cobalt ran his hand over his pearl skin, then through his dark brown hair, trying to remove the grogginess from his body. -

Kenyatta woke up, her vision blurred slightly. She shook her head to help clear it, causing dark brown curls to fall into her face as she did so. She found herself locked in a room and it was clear that there was no way out from the inside. Her initial urge was to fight, scream for help, and beg whoever had trapped her to free her instantly. She forced herself to calm down and assess her surroundings. Four other people were in the room, three with groggy expressions as they stirred but one already woken up.
"What happened?" she demanded to the already awoken man, rubbing her hand on her wrist to help sooth her anxious energy. -
"I don't know," Cobalt said, his voice rough from not having used it in quite a few hours. He cleared his throat and ran another hand through his dark hair. He situated himself into a more comfortable position, unstraightening his legs and resting an arm on a knee.
Cobalt looked around. He truly didn't know where they were, but it looked like they had been smart about where they put them. Judging from the concrete walls and floor it was probably a basement or a room in a one-story building. A multiple-story building wouldn't be able to hold up a concrete room. -

Cleo looked at the people in the room with curiosity in her eyes. Who could these people be? Were they like her? A psychopath with a lust for murder and gore?
“It seems as if we have been kidnapped.” Cleo murmured, running a finger along the bare wall. Dust seemed to leap onto her finger as she did so.
She sighed and flicked off the dust. -

Eric narrowed his eyes.
“We can see that.” He muttered.
Eric went to a corner of the room and sat down on the floor. He couldn't trust these strangers. For all he knew, they could be killers!
Be cautious or be destroyed.
That was his motto.
It used to be what his father told him. Eric never believed it until he started watching murder mysteries. Ever since then, he had been cautious of everything and everyone around him.
He never made any social media accounts in fear of predators.
He walked away from strangers if they approached him.
Eric always had been that cautious for his whole life. But even so, how did he end up in this place? -
