Ok! Here are some plot ideas
1. C1 is a princess/prince who has always hoped for a fairytale happily ever after. But sadly, that’s not how the world works. They have just turned of age to become married and have been forced into an arranged marriage with someone they can’t help but hate. They run away just after the wedding and they find a small town where they meet someone that they hope and think they’ll fall in love with. They then are captured by C2 while on a walk just outside of the village. C2 brings C1 back to where they live and C1 hopes desperately for a way to escape or someone to save them. But no one comes, and no chance to escape has yet been presented to them. But, after a period of time C1 stays with C2, C1 eventually falls in love with the person they never thought they would fall in love with. But that’s not the end; just after C1 falls in love with C2, C2 falls in love with C1 but knows in their heart that they shouldn’t keep them captive in their house. C2 lets C1 out of their prison but C1 doesn’t want to go. C2 forcibly pushes C1 away and tells them to never come back because they deserve someone better than them. They deserved real happiness, not a life with them. But C1 won’t give up that easily.
2. (This one is sort of related to one of the things I’m working on but not fully) In the town that the main characters reside in, there has been a series of murders going on. No one can find out who it is, and everyone is searching for clues all day, every day. The main character is the one who’s searching the hardest, but they still search to no avail. But then, throughout an entire book of suspense, mystery, and more, the main character finds something out. Apparently, to their horror, they are the killer. What had happened was that, for the longest time, the MC had gone undiagnosed with very, very severe bipolar disorder, and during their manic episodes, they act completely on impulse, and that explains why they’re the murderer. The twist is that their bipolar makes it so they don’t ever remember anything from their manic episodes. TBD…(omg I had a romance idea for dis :00)(what if the MC falls in love with another character and that character falls in love with them, and the killer murdered someone close to that character. But then when the MC figures out that they’re the killer, they’re horrified and don’t know what to do- they end up not telling their love because they don’t want to hurt them, etc. But then the characters finds out and gets really mad in the moment because they don’t know about the bipolar yet- ah crepe now I’m gonna cry. But yeah. Just an idea.)
3. In Ancient Greece, there is a competition where every young person of age (around 15 to 17 years old) fights to the death. The rumor is that if you win the tournament, you will get a Blessing from the gods. Cs 1 and 2 are assigned to fight each other, but after a while, they fall in love. How will the competition play out after this?
