Akumu took aim at the lab and unleashed a beam over energy that destroyed half of it, roaring triumphantly

Thani glared at him and shot a fireball at Akumu, hoping that it would stop the monster.
"You're going to kill hundreds of people! I suggest you stop now." Thani shouted. -
Akumu screeched in pain when the fireball hit him, the flame leaving a massive dent where it burned away at him
-
“Now, get down!”

Akumu roared at her in response, flying higher

“b------.” Thani muttered, throwing another fireball at him.

He screeched as this one caught his wing, causing him to crash to the ground

Thani went over to him, looking down at him in disappointment.
"I was expecting a bigger fight, but whatever." She muttered. -
He roared and started shifting again, taking his wyrm form as his many eyes focused on her

"E-eh?! What're you looking at?” Thani snapped, glaring at the eyes.

He hissed and lunged at her in anger

Thani yelped and tried dodging, only to result in her falling over.

Akumu slammed into the ground, his teeth sinking into the dirt around her as several void tendrils extending out of the back of his throat to pull her in

Thani had to act fast.
Flames sprouted from her left hand, ice sprouted from her right. She slammed her hands onto the void tendrils. -
Akumu screamed in pain and reared back, thrashing around as luminescent blue fluid poured out of his mouth
