Ruby opened her eyes to almost complete darkness. She groaned when she moved even the slightest bit; her muscles were beyond sore. What the hell is going on? She thought to herself. Wasn't I just sleeping at my cousin Cara's house? -
"Hey princess." Zack licked his lips because they were dry. Oh hell, she was pretty.

Ruby looked up and squinted through the darkness to see a boy. About her age, maybe a year or two older. "W-who are you?" She asked, stuttering. -
"My name is Zack." He responded waving his hands around at the room and then responded, "And this is the Mafia's Jail room."

Ruby's breath hitched in her throat. "T-the Mafia?" She asked, fear crawling up her spine.

"Yeah, we need people. And your sister, or was it your cousin. Well, she was very despirt for money." He grinned and walked over to her.

"Cara sold me to you guys...?" She breathed out, dumbfounded. "Wait, need people? You want me to kill people for you? Is that my purpose here?"

"Cara, hmm..Yeah. Sweet drugaholic cousin. That's her." Zack smiled. "But yes, you'll kill enemies. And if your lucky you may become my pet."

Ruby began shaking her head frantically. "Nonononono please no please no," she mumbled quietly while desperately scooting back to the back wall of her sell, though she knew that wouldn't really solve anything.

"What, you don't want to be my pet?" He let his hand go to his hand and brush through it. She was so cute, how did he control himself in front of her?
