"Can you teach me?" she asked eagerly. She'd always wanted to learn how to swordfight.

``Sure,`` he said, smiling at her eagerness.

"Just one of those things I've kinda always wanted to do," she smiled.

``I get it,`` Callum said with a chuckle. He held out his hand to Adrienne and waited for her to place her hand in his before guiding her through the palace to a large room off to the side. He pushed the door open to a room filled with swords and other weapons lining the walls and safety gear sat on armor stands.

"Oh wow," Adrienne said. Her eyes lit up at the sight of the room.

Callum looked over, smiling at the expression on Adrienne's face. He looked away and walked over to a wall and grabbed two swords, walking back to Adrienne and handing her a sword.

Adrienne took the sword. "I feel like a battler already," she said

He chuckled, turning over the sword in his hand. ``So, when sword fighting, you want to keep your stance wide, and your body lowered. It'll give you more flexibility when coming after your opponent. And when your moving around, you want to keep your balance. One other thing, always keep your eye on your opponent so they can't catch you off guard.``
( I have no idea what I'm saying! :D ) -

A while later Adrienne and Callum walked out of the room.
"...Well I didn't expect us to actually have a go at it," she said. Her right hand was covering her upper left arm. Callum had accidentally slashed her. It wasn't deep or anything, it was heal rather quickly. -
``Yeah.. I'm so sorry, I thought you wanted to try it out a-and-`` He sighed, mentally face-palming. ``God, I'm such a f--king idiot..``

"Don't worry about it," she said. "Tis but a scratch. That needs a bandage."

Callum nodded, taking Adrienne's free hand and guiding her back to his room. ``I think I've got some bandages in my room.`` -

"Why in your room?" she asked. -
( yeah, I think so lol )
``Dunno,`` he said, shrugging. ``Just keep them there incase I need them.`` -

"I guess that works," she said with a shrug.
