( I'd prefer someone more experienced in RPing, but really anyone can join :3 )
C1's family runs a Christmas tree farm in Oregon. It's a bucolic setting for a kid to grow up in, except that every year, they pack up and move to California to move their Christmas tree lot for the season. So C1 lives two lives: her life in Oregon and her life at Christmas. And leaving one always means missing the other.
Until this particular Christmas, when C1 meets C2, and one life eclipses the other.
By reputation, C2 is not the perfect person: years ago, they made an enormous mistake and has been pay for it ever since. C1 sees beyond C2's past and becomes determined to help them find forgiveness and, maybe, redemption. But as disapproval, misconceptions, and suspicions swirl around them, C2 and C1 can't help but wonder if love really is enough to overcome every obstacle.
