Ashton walked down the hall toward the president's daughter's room, humming as they made their way down the hall. They arrived at the room and stood at the door, knocking on it. ``Ms. Sawyer, are you in here?`` They asked, not wanting to just barge inside.

Ruby looked at the door. "Hm? Oh yes, I'm here! What do you need?" -

Ashton opened the door to Ruby's room and walked in, running a hand through their hair. ``Your mother asked me to come check on you, and to let you know your father has set up a lunch date for you three,`` they informed her, knowing that she'd probably want to spend time with her father, as he's usually always busy. -

Ruby's eyes gleamed with excitement. "He wants to see me? Really? Oh my god, that's wonderful!" she exclaimed, immediately rising from her chair and rushing out the room. -

Ashton smiled and nodded, watching Ruby rush outside her room. ``Yes he does. He's finally got some time off, and he said he's been really wanting to spend more quality time with you,`` they said with a smile, heading toward the President's office. -

"I wonder if he got me a gift. Did he say why he came home? I'm so excited!" Ruby squealed.

``I'm not sure, but he seemed excited to see you,`` Ashton replied, continuing to Ruby's father's office. Ashton and Ruby arrived at the large doors leading to the office and they opened them, letting Ruby walk in first.

Her father, Darwin turned around and smiled at Ashton and Ruby in a welcoming manner.
The office smelt of cinnamon and had a few daisies in a pretty vase on the small tables. -
Ashton stayed at the door, letting Ruby go to her father. ``I'll be outside if you need anything, sir,`` they said, turning to leave the room.
