``I'm going to go with dare.`` Aiden said, opening his soda can and taking a sip. ``Feeling dangerous today,`` he added, chuckling. -
Renee chuckled. “Ummmm...” she began. “I dare you to... hear me out, I’m about to give you a very cliché teenage Dare. I dare you to tell me if you have feelings for anyone. If so, you have to tell me who.”

Aiden turned bright red and froze, almost choking on his drink. ``Uh, if I have feelings for someone?`` he asked, setting his drink down. ``Like, romantic-wise?``

(I’m so terrified, the last time one of my Character asked this to the person they liked, it ended SO TERRIBLY 😭)
Renee nodded. -

``W-Well,`` Aiden started, running a hand through his hair. ``I uh, I do like someone, b-but I don't know if they like me back.`` -
“I bet that anyone in their right mind would like you,” Renee commented softly.

Aiden smiled, nodding. ``Yeah,`` he said, resting his hands in his lap. ``Uh, truth or dare?`` He asked, looking over to Renee.

“Hey, you didn’t tell me who it is,” Renee said.

Aiden exhaled, rubbing his hands against his jeans. ``I like you,`` he muttered under his breath, his face bright red.

Renee’s face turned as red as Bob the Tomato and looked up to Aiden. “I like you too...”

Aiden looked up, eyes widened. ``Wait, seriously?`` He asked, a smile appearing on his face. -

Renee nodded, a small smile appearing on her face. “Yeah.” -

Aiden smiled and hugged Renee, very pleased she liked him back. -
Renee’s face stayed bright red as Aiden hugged her and she smiled and she hugged him back.

Aiden let go, smiling happily. ``That felt good getting that off my chest,`` he said, taking Renee's hand in his.
